Today is National Toasted Marshmallow Day. That's right, a whole day devoted to honoring the ooey gooey deliciousness of warm toasted marshmallows. Upon thinking of a way to celebrate about, making s'mores came to mind- eh done that. Hmmm...what about s'mores cupcakes? Nah, boring. So just as I was about to shovel handfuls of marshmallows into my mouth and call it a day, I remembered my obsession/craving for a toasted marshmallow milkshake! Up until today I had only seen them on TV but had never truly experienced one. I've only dreamt about them too many times to count. So it was decided I would make the glorious desert I've craved for over a year and let me tell you once I tasted it I kicked myself for waiting this long to make it. Now all I have to fear are my skinny jeans :/ Oh well that's what elastic waist pants are for :)
